From charity work in developing countries, to yachting in Ibiza, to outdoor hiking adventures in Alaska… I’ve seen a lot of this world through a lot of different lenses.

I love exploring. Travel brings me new life — yeah, I realize that isn’t groundbreaking.

But, while the landscapes, histories, and languages change, the feeling of community pride and desire for belonging stay the same.

Along my travels I’ve met some incredibly kick-ass people. On Broad World, I share the stories of the women. Why just women? Am I a man-hating feminist? No, I’m only a feminist. Men are awesome, but they have more opportunity and an ingrained confidence from pop culture. So, I’ve made Broad World a place to share stories of women who boldly create their own futures, and hunt down success with sustainability and mindfulness.

Here, you’ll find women who help other women. A woman who quit a high-paid Wall Street job to be a pastry chef. A woman who used a dress to raise millions to help stop human-trafficking. A woman who started a new media stream for The Washington Post. Real life women who are experts in their fields and share tips that we can all use. Loads of women who started their own businesses, and other cool women who were scared but jumped anyways.

I’m here to share, learn, and give you the feels. That’s what it’s about right?
